Processing
Please allow 5-7 business days from the date of your order for processing. If you need to change your delivery address do so within 2 days (48 hours). No changes will be honoured after this period.
Packaging
I put a lot of love and care into packaging your order to ensure your art gets to you safely.
Stickers are packaged in acid-free glassine paper to protect the ink. Then placed in a padded mailer alongside cardboard backing to prevent bending during shipment.
Prints are placed into a cellophane sleeve with cardboard backing to prevent bending and water damage. Then shipped in a bubble or rigid mailer depending on the size. Large and extra-large prints are rolled and secured in a heavy-duty tube mailer for delivery.
Shipping & Pricing
Orders are shipped through CanadaPost or UPS. Currently, I only offer shipping to Canada and the United States. International shipping will be available soon. Information regarding international shipping will be shared on my website.
Orders are sent for delivery after the processing period ends. Shipping and tracking information will be shared with you following shipment dispatch.
Local Pickup
Customers in Toronto are eligible for free pickup. When your order is ready you will receive an email with pickup instructions. You must pick up your order within 14 days of receiving the instructions email. If you change your mind and would prefer your order delivered please contact me.
