How to Sign Up
To join the loyalty program you must sign up for an account. You can do this by clicking the “Login” link in the sidebar (located at the end of the page on mobile). Enter your name and email and a username will automatically be generated for you. You can change your username before setting up your password. Once that’s done you’re all set!
With an account, you can view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses and edit your password and settings. Please note that you cannot change your username after signing up.
Rewards
As a registered member, you will receive a free gift when you place your 10th order. Your gift is made exclusively with you in mind and will be inspired by your previous orders. Your free one-of-a-kind artwork will be included automatically when your 10th order is placed.
Frequently Asked Questions
What exactly will the free gift be?
Since gifts are made special to each person and order volume they may vary in appearance. Every gift will be different than the next. It may be a small gouache painting, a watercolour illustration, or a unique block print design. All gifts will be 4 x 6 inches and made with archival quality materials so you can cherish your gift for life.
I placed an order before registering for an account. What now?
No worries! If you placed an order before registering get in contact with me and I will add your previous order to your customer profile so you don’t miss out.
What happens if I reach 10 orders more than once?
To show special appreciation to everyone who reaches the 10th order milestone I will send a free gift for every 10th order you make. So, if you’ve placed 20 orders you will receive two free gifts, and if you place 30 orders you get three free gifts.
